Impurities in waste plastics will greatly reduce the quality of recycled materials. Impurities can cause blown film bubbling, spinning yarn breakage, and nozzle blockage during injection molding, resulting in product quality degradation or all unqualified. The allowable degree of contamination depends on the required level and quality of the finished product. Therefore, the choice of filter fineness can meet the quality requirements or the use of secondary raw materials. Too coarse filtration is not conducive to product quality, and too fine filtration affects economic benefits. Except for the low output of the fine filter, the filter is replaced frequently.
